Terms of use
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms apply to customers using the IkhlassDZ app or website. By creating an account you accept them, together with our privacy policy.
The service
IkhlassDZ keeps the loyalty cards of the businesses you visit on your phone. Each loyalty programme — what earns a stamp or a point, which rewards exist, how long a gift card lasts — is set by the business that runs it, which alone is responsible for honouring its rewards. IkhlassDZ provides the tool and is not a party to that programme.
Your account
- One account per person. The information you give must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself.
- The app is free for customers. Nothing is sold in the app.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app: Account → Security → Delete my account. Deleting it closes your cards for good: unused stamps, points, rewards and gift cards are lost.
Stamps, points and rewards
- Stamps, points and gift cards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person.
- A business may change or end its programme, under its own responsibility towards its customers.
- Visits are credited by the business's counter. A visit can be refused or reversed by the business if it was recorded by mistake.
Fair use
Do not try to obtain stamps, points or invitation rewards you did not earn, to use someone else's card, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account used this way.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available and correct, but cannot guarantee that it will never be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, IkhlassDZ is not liable for a reward that a business does not honour or for indirect losses.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will say so in the app before it applies. These terms are governed by Algerian law. Questions: support@ikhlassdz.com.
If you installed the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence for apps also applies. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.
